Impellers, blisks and turbine wheels

At CS TECHCOM, we are specialists within the production of impellers, from design to serial production.

We use the latest software for the design and NC programming of impellers.

Impeller production is carried out on our EMAG VL 4 vertical turning bench with pick-up station, and two Mikron HSM 600 U machining centers (one with pallet system, one with robot control).

We also offer impellers in forged aluminum using in-house designed/fabricated forging tools.
We also offer part balancing.
