Within our dedicated Design Department, we have extensive know-how within design and development of complex parts. We also offer model and prototype production.

We provide professional consultancy from initial design, as we believe that it is important to keep all options open, while taking production-related factors into account.

From our Programming Department, jobs are sent direct via network to our CNC-controlled machines.

Our CAD/CAM Department is the heart of the company, from where we operate:

• Siemens/UGS Software NX6.02 UGS Software with Solid Design and Mold Wizard.
• Open Mind Software for NC-programming of turbines, axial and radial compressors, etc., as well as milling of cylinder heads.
• Vericut Software from CG Tech for material removal simulation.
